28 Day Challenge
It takes only 28 days to form a new habit! Our 28 Day Challenge is designed to build the groundwork for a lifetime of healthy eating. Over four weeks we focus on strengthening your ability to eat mindfully, education on sourcing “real food”, and refine your palette to reduce cravings.
Each week of the challenge:
We cook five days of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks). We handle the cooking so you can focus on mindful learning – i.e. how you feel after a meal – rather than agonizing over what to eat. Then, the other two days of the week, you make your own choices as you actively implement what you learned. Don't worry, we give you guidance!
Let us be candid: we don't believe in diets. This isn't some "quick fix weight loss" program (although it's certainly possible you may notice some changes over the month). We want to help you commit to a healthy relationship with real food!
Are you ready to start eating again?
Omnivore and vegan options available. Everything is organic. Must be ordered at least 5 days in advance of pickup or delivery, and reordered each week of the challenge.
Each week includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for five days and two days of mindful eating practices. The menu was designed with a nutritionist, and it evolves accordingly over the course of the four weeks, but you may opt out at any time.
