3 Day Detox

If you've been feeling a little sluggish after eating lots of food that is harder to process (i.e. artificial, rich, sweet, salty, etc.), your body might need a break from all that work. That is exactly what our 3 Day Detox is for. It's a vacation for your digestion!
We provide three days of super digestion friendly, plant-based meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks). It's also all real food. No magical "detoxing" substances or juices. It's just a carefully planned out selection of food that is easy for your stomach to process, so your body can do what it does best: fuel you!
Breakfast: California sunrise tea
Lunch: Greek Cruciferous Veggies & Ginger Carrot Soup
Dinner: Rainbow Salad & Bone Broth (or Miso Soup if vegan)
Snack: Cacao Bites
Word of warning: please don't drink coffee during your detox. It's tough on your digestion.
